Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Please read our policy below so you know exactly where you stand.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

•     Unworn and unused

•     Tags still attached

•     In its original packaging

•     Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wearduffled.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@wearduffled.com.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way to get what you need is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

•     Items that have been worn, washed, or used

•     Items without original tags or packaging

•     Sale items and items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more

•     Gift cards

•     Personalized or custom orders

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, your item must still be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@wearduffled.com.
